For Energy Services Companies, financing is part of a negotiated solicitation (RFP). We finance energy contracts ranging in term from 2 to 25 years and have funded individual contracts, or ECMs, ranging from $75,000 to $100 million. In addition to providing permanent financing, we can also furnish necessary construction financing. When integrating construction financing with permanent financing, we efficiently fix interest rates for the duration of the project by engaging the services of our Treasury Group, one of the largest treasury operations in corporate America.
